【How to book a room】

Book a room in Taiwan- transfer：Make sure you complete your booking, please follow the instructions by the transfer text message and send back the further information.
Book a room overseas- Please pay through Paypal, if you need please inform the reservations agent.
Please pay within two days if you manually book a room in order to reserve the room. If you can’t pay within two days or cancel the room please call us to let us know.
※ Pay by credit online is immediate payment, the price online is already cheaper for whom pay with credit card.
After pay with credit card or transfer, you will receive a text message to confirm your payment within 2 days.If you haven’t receive the confirm text message please let us know.
【Refund】
If you haven’t transfer the money and you want to cancel the room>please call us to cancel.
If you have transferred, and you want to cancel the room reservation,
Three days before check-in will deduct the $ 100 NTD fee, full refund or full extension (only once and within two months.)
Two days before check-in will refund after deduct 1/3 of remittance amount, or extension after deduct 1/3 of remittance amount (only once and within two months.)
One day before check-in will refund after deduct 2/3 of remittance amount, or extension after deduct 2/3 of remittance amount (only once and within two months.)
Inform us on the day of check-in to cancel; there will be no refund or extension.
If there’s land warning for typhoon on the day of check-in, we will offer full refund or extension before lift the warning.
Refund time: Will refund to your assigned account on every Monday.
【Announcements for living in Park Hostel, Taichung】
Check-in time is after 5 PM, check out is before 11 AM, no extensions.
No elevator, room types are all bunk beds, 1 bed per person for booking, if you need to book multiple beds please contact us, there will be someone in charge to help you.
Aside from the social hall on the 1F( Ground floor) there are also self-service kitchen equipment to use with care.
After confirm your reservation, reservations agents will text you on the day of your check-in with password for the front door, please take it with care, if you need to check-in after 9 PM, please notice reservations agents in advance and please call to inform us, thank you for your cooperation.
No smoking indoor, if you want to please go outside to prevent bother others; please be careful of your volume at night.
Certain room types are limited please ask reservations agents, in order to maintain living quality, can’t request for longer living hours, more beds, more people to be in the same bed or add pillows or blanket, thank you for your cooperation.
No pets
No breakfast, there will be a breakfast store by walking 3-5 minutes.
To maintain your privacy, there won’t be any cleaning during stay for more days.
Bathrooms are public, please maintain clean, we offer bath gel, shampoo, please bring your towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb and razor, thank you ahead for you being environmental friendly.
Forbid parties, gamble, excessive drinking or doing drugs, or any kind of illegal behaviors, Offenders will inform the cops.
Please do not destroy the equipments indoors, if there’s any kind of damage or lost, you need to pay the origin price of the items.
Holidays or summer vacation if there is any price increase, please follow the price inform by us or official website.
